Memmert UN30 Universal Oven, an all-round product. Its temperature range is from 5 K above ambient temperature to +300 °C, suitable for industrial facilities and research institutes. The fan speed can be set, with natural or forced convection available. The AtmoCONTROL software regulates the air exchange rate. It can be used for sterilization applications. Featuring a stainless steel interior chamber and a maximum load capacity of 60 kg, it ensures safe and precise operation, making it an ideal choice for laboratories.The universal oven is an all-round oven product suitable for a wide range of experimental and industrial applications. It delivers particularly optimal performance at temperatures above +50°C, guaranteeing uncompromised performance in diverse environments. The equipment is available in two models (UF and UFplus) and eight sizes, supporting natural convection and forced convection modes. It meets users’ stringent requirements for precision, safety and operational comfort, and is widely adopted in industrial sectors and research institutions.

This series of ovens is equipped with the advanced ControlCOCKPIT control system, which enables electronic adjustment of fan speed, air exchange rate and damper position. Combined with the AtmoCONTROL software, it allows precise configuration of temperature and ventilation parameters. Fresh air enters the chamber after being preheated in the preheating chamber, effectively preventing temperature fluctuations caused by the intake of cold air and ensuring stable sample testing. In addition, the UF and UFplus models can be used for the sterilization of contaminated textiles and coverings, complying with relevant standards for medical device applications.

✓ Configurable and editable fan speed: The air exchange rate and damper position are electronically controlled via ControlCOCKPIT to meet diverse applications such as powder drying, sand and gravel drying, grain drying, and wire and cable testing. The ventilation volume can be precisely adjusted according to applications.

Intelligent Ventilation Control System: Fan speed, air exchange rate and damper position can all be set and adjusted via ControlCOCKPIT. For dust-prone materials such as powders, sand and gravel or grains, ventilation can be reduced to avoid disturbance. For applications requiring stable airflow like wire and cable testing, a fixed air exchange rate can be configured to guarantee process consistency.
Efficient Air Preheating Mechanism: Fresh air drawn from outside will not impact the internal chamber environment directly. Instead, it is first channelled into the preheating chamber and heated to nearly the set temperature before being delivered to the working area. This greatly reduces temperature fluctuations, protects sensitive samples and shortens recovery time.
Precise Temperature Control Capacity: The setting accuracy is 0.1 K for temperatures ≤99.9°C and 0.5 K for temperatures ≥100°C. Combined with a wide set temperature range (+20 ~ +300°C), it meets diverse experimental requirements including high-precision drying, ageing and curing.
Modular Shelf Design: Stainless steel grid plates come as standard. Up to 8 layers of shelves can be installed, with each shelf supporting a maximum load of 30 kg and the total maximum load of the unit reaching 210 kg, suitable for processing large batches of samples.
Dual-Voltage Compatible Electrical System: It supports power supply of 230 V/50–60 Hz and 115 V/50–60 Hz. Some models are also compatible with 400 V and 3×230 V power configurations, adapting to various power supply conditions worldwide.
