Product Description

The CR-100 is a compact physical property rheometer (texture analyzer) manufactured by Sun Scientific of Japan. It is designed to quantitatively measure the mechanical and rheological properties of semi-solid and soft-solid materials. It converts subjective touch and mouthfeel into objective numerical values, complying with JIS standards and Japanese testing specifications for dysphagia foods.

It can operate standalone or connect to a computer for curve acquisition and in-depth data analysis, widely applied in R&D and quality inspection for food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals and polymer materials.

Measurable parameters: Hardness, compression strength, breaking strength, gel strength, adhesiveness, elasticity, chewiness, creep property, extrusion force, puncture force, etc.
