Product Description

Intelligent‑Laser‑Three‑Cone‑Penetrometer measures cone penetration, an essential index reflecting consistency and soft‑hard property of lubricating grease and petrolatum. Under specified mass, time and temperature, a standardized cone freely falls and penetrates into sample; penetration depth is measured and calculated as penetration value (0.1 mm unit). This unit comes with three interchangeable standard cones (full‑size, half‑scale, quarter‑scale), meeting test requirements for normal‑volume and limited‑volume samples. Non‑contact laser displacement measurement eliminates mechanical friction error and improves repeatability. Integrated thermostatic water‑bath system precisely controls sample temperature to satisfy standard test conditions. Automatic lifting mechanism, touch‑screen panel, automatic timing, data storage and export function simplify laboratory workflow. Test data can be saved, printed or exported to PC for further report generation. Widely used for production quality‑control, new‑product development and third‑party inspection in petroleum, lubricants, pharmacy, cosmetics and food industries.
