Product Description

The HCP Temperature & Humidity Test Chamber features outstanding dynamic humidity control and heating systems. It delivers unparalleled temperature and humidity uniformity within the test chamber, generates nearly no condensation, and offers excellent operating comfort, reliable operation, safety and high efficiency. It is suitable for environmental testing, accelerated testing and stress testing of pharmaceuticals and preparations in compliance with pharmacopoeia standards, ICH Q1A and other specifications. Notably, the HCP boasts exceptional cost performance for the 85°C/85%RH double 85 test specified in IEC60068-2-67 and IEC60068-2-78. Additionally, it can be applied to construction material testing and life science research.

Optimized Temperature and Humidity Uniformity

Dynamic humidity control technology ensures ideal temperature and humidity uniformity and shortens recovery time after door opening. Furthermore, the six-sided heating technology and unique heating design of the inner glass door minimize evaporation inside the chamber, significantly reducing the risk of sample damage caused by condensed water. The aluminum heat-conducting layer further improves temperature uniformity and provides certain thermal insulation performance in the event of power failure.

Ideal Choice for Accelerated Testing

Accelerated service life testing often requires continuous testing for 100 hours or longer under 85°C/85%RH conditions. The HCP environmental test chamber is equipped with a range of standard and optional auxiliary functions to enhance operation convenience: a calibrated access port fitted on the rear of the chamber; the Setpoint WAIT function, which prevents the timer from starting until the temperature reaches the preset value; optional UPS for the controller; optional function to send alarm notifications via email or SMS.
