Memmert ICH110 Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is specially designed for stability testing in the pharmaceutical industry and complies with ICH Q1A and Option 2 of ICH Q1B standards. It features a temperature range of +10 to +60°C and a humidity range of 10–80% rh with outstanding uniformity. Equipped with an air-jacketed cooling and heating system and forced convection circulation, it guarantees even distribution of temperature and humidity. Suitable for long-term stability tests in sectors such as cosmetics and food, it serves as a reliable option for laboratories.

The Memmert ICH series constant temperature and humidity chambers are high-performance environmental simulation devices engineered for long-term stability testing in the pharmaceutical industry. Featuring outstanding temperature and humidity uniformity, they are widely applied to various experiments complying with ICH Q1A and Option 2 of ICH Q1B standards. This product series comprises models ICH110, ICH260 and ICH750. ICH L versions with illumination functions and ICH C versions equipped with CO₂ control modules are also available to meet diverse testing requirements.

Adopting an air-jacketed cooling and heating system combined with forced convection circulation technology, the units ensure even internal chamber temperature distribution and rapid response. The equipment supports multi-point automatic calibration covering temperature, humidity and CO₂ concentration, fully satisfying IQ/OQ/PQ validation requirements. The illumination module conforms to Option 2 specifications of ICH Q1B. It comes standard with cool white lamps (D65, 6500K) and ultraviolet lamps with a wavelength range of 315~400 nm, delivering an illumination intensity of approximately 8000 Lux for precise control of lighting conditions.

✓ Comprehensive sample protection: The air-jacket temperature control system prevents icing and sample drying, avoids water vapor condensation inside the chamber, and achieves excellent temperature and humidity uniformity with forced convection circulation.

✓ Compliant with ICH Q1B light exposure standards: The built-in lighting module delivers an illuminance of approximately 8000 Lux, equipped with 4 cool white lamps and 2 ultraviolet lamps to meet the requirements of photostability testing.

✓ Intelligent calibration and control: The controller supports automatic calibration for three adjustable temperature values, two humidity values (20% and 80%), and three CO₂ concentration values (5%, 10%, 15%) to improve test reliability.

✓ Multi-functional expandability: Model ICH C is fitted with a digital infrared CO₂ detection control system, featuring automatic defrosting, alarm notification, air pressure compensation and automatic gas cylinder switching
