The AJET-200 Air Jet Sieve is a professional lab-grade particle size analyzer independently developed for fine & ultra-fine dry powder grading, replacing traditional mechanical vibrating sieve shakers with air-flow separation technology.

Different from vibratory screening, this air jet sieving system uses annular rotating high-pressure air nozzles to break agglomerated particles, paired with vacuum negative pressure circulation to continuously carry fine particles into the collection bottle. It effectively avoids static adhesion, moisture absorption and mesh blockage problems that frequently occur during fine powder testing.

Equipped with a 7-inch full-color touch LCD control panel, the machine supports free setting of screening time, adjustable negative pressure and nozzle rotation speed. Built-in automatic calculation module can generate oversize & undersize particle percentage data in one click, with functions of real-time pressure monitoring, historical test data storage, weighing data auto upload and test report printing.

The instrument covers a wide particle test range from 5μm to 5000μm, compatible with multiple standard test sieve diameters (75/150/200/203mm). It strictly complies with Chinese GB industrial standards and Pharmacopoeia 0982 particle size testing specifications, delivering stable, repeatable and high-precision test results for R&D labs, raw material quality control and third-party testing institutions.

Full sets of supporting accessories include sealed screening chamber, rotating anti-clogging air nozzle assembly, transparent glass collection unit, power adapter and RS232 data communication interface, easy to install and operate without complex training.
