General description

One single macro pipette controller covers the entire range of bulb and graduated pipettes from 0.1 to 200 mL. The conical silicone adapter offers a secure fit for the different diameters. The unit is fully autoclavable at 121°C (2 bar) according to DIN EN 285.
Supplied with a spare hydrophobic membrane filter which protects the system from liquid penetration.

The BRAND® Macro Pipette Controller (Item No.26200, grey) is an ergonomic manual pipette filler manufactured in Germany, designed as a safer, more precise replacement for old-style rubber pipette bulbs. Compatible with all glass and plastic graduated pipettes and volumetric pipettes ranging from 0.1 mL to 200 mL. The conical silicone adapter firmly holds pipettes of various diameters. Unique spring lever valve system enables ultra-sensitive aspiration and dispensing, allowing fine adjustment of liquid meniscus easily. The unit can be fully autoclaved at 121°C (2 bar) following DIN EN 285 standard for sterile liquid handling. A built-in 3 μm hydrophobic membrane filter prevents liquid over-aspiration and protects internal components from contamination. Simple operation suitable for new and experienced lab technicians. One squeeze on the suction bulb provides suction power, users control aspiration/dispensing speed by lightly pressing the control lever. Blow-out function supports complete emptying of TC calibrated pipettes. Each 26200 pipette controller comes with one spare membrane filter for long-term laboratory daily use.
